How much is UK delivery?
Standard UK delivery is £4.95. Orders over £49.99 qualify for free standard delivery. Next Working Day delivery is available for £6.95.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard UK delivery usually takes 1–3 working days. Next Working Day delivery is available for £6.95 when you order before noon on the previous working day. Orders placed before noon on Friday using this service are expected on Monday.
Which couriers do you use?
We use trusted delivery partners including UPS, DPD and Royal Mail. The courier used may depend on the order and delivery address.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Yes. Delivery to the EU and worldwide is available, with the cost calculated at checkout based on your destination and order.
What happens if an item is out of stock?
If an item in your order is unavailable, we will email you with an estimated dispatch date and give you the option to amend or cancel the order.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel an order at any time before it has been dispatched. Personalised items cannot be cancelled once production has begun, so please contact us as soon as possible.
What is your returns policy?
You can return an item within 30 days of receiving it, provided it is unused and in its original condition. Customers are responsible for return postage, and we recommend keeping proof of postage. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.
Can I return a personalised item?
Personalised items can only be returned if they are faulty.
What should I do if my item is faulty?
Please email hello@driftroom.co.uk with your order details and a description of the issue. If a return is needed, return postage may be refunded at our discretion.
