The following Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases through the website driftroom.co.uk


Distance Selling regulations

Under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 you have 7 days after receipt of goods to return them for a full refund. Your statutory rights are not affected. Our company policy is to offer you 30 days from receipt of goods to return an item back to us. This excludes personalised items, due to the nature of the product.


Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order at any point up to time of dispatch (except for in the case of personalised items, due to the nature of the product)


Refunds/Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return the unused item to us in its original condition. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. It is recommended that you obtain proof of postage and have the cost of the goods covered in case the items go missing in transit. Where an item is faulty we may at our discretion refund the return shipping cost paid. Please note that personalised items can only be returned when faulty, due to the nature of the product. Your statutory rights are not affected.


Pricing & Availability

All prices are in £ inclusive of VAT and exclusive of delivery. We reserve the right to change any advertised price before accepting an order. All products are in stock but if for unforeseen circumstance we are unable to fulfil your order you will be offered an alternative or given a refund for the unavailable product(s).

All products have a photographic image, these are for reference only and should be considered illustrative. By submitting your order to us you are confirming that you are aware of this fact and do not consider this to be a problem with ordering that product.

Delivery charges are clearly displayed on the home page and again at the checkout. Please refer to our Delivery Charges.

Payment can be made using options shown at checkout, through WorldPay’s secure gateway. Payment is subject to the gateway terms and conditions. Please note you can shop with confidence knowing that your card details will not be accessible to driftroom.co.uk as your details are encrypted and dealt with by WorldPay.

Returns Procedure

We hope that your order will be to your complete satisfaction, if however, you change your mind please contact us writhing 30 days at info@driftroom.co.uk here we will instruct you of a returns number. We recommend that you return your goods by Recorded Delivery as a receipt is not proof of shipping. All items must be returned in their original packaging and condition. We will not be responsible for the return postage costs unless the goods are faulty then the postage costs will be refunded by us. All goods should be returned to: driftroom limited: c/o Abacus Accountants,2nd Floor, Coleridge House, 5-7A Park Street, Slough, Berkshire.SL1 1PE We will write to you by email to confirm receipt of your goods and refund details.


Delivery Information

All orders are dispatched quickly and are delivered by our trusted partners UPS, DPD, and Royal Mail. At the checkout, you will be given a delivery price and delivery options for your order as per below: Free Delivery for orders over £40 (applicable to UK mainland only) Orders within the UK – £2.95 (1-3 working days) Next Working Day Delivery – £6.95 (Order by Noon previous working day, price depends on location) PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL ORDERS PLACED ON A FRIDAY BEFORE NOON WILL ARRIVE ON MONDAY Orders to Europe – £4.99 – £19.99 (Please allow 7-10 working days depending on location) For orders outside of Europe please contact us for an accurate delivery cost. On rare occasions delivery can take longer than anticipated due to unforeseen circumstances with Royal Mail and our Couriers. Driftroom will work with these couriers to get your order to you asap, however we cannot be held responsible for any financial loss due to late deliveries. In an unlikely occasion that the item you have ordered is out of stock, we will email you to let you know the estimated date of dispatch with the option to amend or cancel your order.
