Delivery Information

We aim to dispatch all orders quickly and use trusted delivery partners including UPS, DPD and Royal Mail. The delivery options available for your order will be shown at checkout.

UK Delivery

• Standard UK Delivery — £4.95
  Usually delivered within 1–3 working days.
• Free Standard UK Delivery
  Available on orders over £49.99.
• Next Working Day Delivery — £6.95
  Order before noon on the previous working day.

Please note: orders placed before noon on Friday using Next Working Day Delivery are expected to arrive on Monday.

EU and Worldwide Delivery

We deliver to the EU and worldwide. The delivery cost is calculated at checkout based on your destination and order.

Delivery Delays

On rare occasions, delivery may take longer than anticipated because of unforeseen circumstances affecting Royal Mail or our couriers. Driftroom will work with the courier to get your order to you as soon as possible; however, we cannot accept responsibility for financial loss caused by a late delivery.

Out-of-stock Items

In the unlikely event that an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will email you with the estimated dispatch date and give you the option to amend or cancel your order.
